Juniper, mirabelle plum, hyssop, blackcurrant pepper.
NOSE
The nose varies between the roundness of the mirabelle and the subtle herbaceous touches from the hyssop.
PALATE
The freshness brought by the jupiter berries, along with delicate floral aromas and a fruity sweetness that lingers in the mouth.
FINISH
The final note is persistent with hints of flower.

Toute l’équipe de la Distillerie de l’Arbre Sec est fière de participer à ce festival hors du commun, et à cette occasion, nous allons proposer deux évènements exclusifs au 52 rue de l’arbre sec :
The High Priestess is the very first gin produced by the distillery, created in collaboration with Daniel Haesinger, grower-distiller in Alsace. This batch was distilled in the fall and the recipe was inspired by seasonal products such as mirabelle plums and hyssop flowers, which with the juniper berries form the most distinctive notes.
