Booking is essential for the wine creation workshop and the wine and cheese tasting. It is highly recommended for guided tours. Do not hesitate to call us if you want to know our last-minute availability.

To give a gift, go to the tastings section. You can then select the activity you want to offer. Then simply check the “gift voucher” box instead of choosing the date and time slot, and select the number of people to whom you want to give the voucher. Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. These are intended for adults (18 years old at the time of the tasting) .All our gift vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-refundable. Once a date has been booked with a gift voucher, it becomes non-changeable regardless of the reason according to our terms and conditions.
Go to the Gift Voucher section then enter your code to start the reservation (ex: 123456/CL111aa11aa11/123456-7/CDL1234567890, etc.)
If it's a gift voucher purchased on the Caves du Louvre website:
Once on the “Gift Voucher” tab, you can enter your 6-digit file number. You will have access to a calendar with the various availabilities for the activity that was offered to you. The dates in blue are available. Once the date is chosen, you will have a choice of available schedules.
If only one seat is available, there is only one seat left. If you want to do the activity in a group, we invite you to select another date. All you have to do is fill in your personal information and validate the order. Your request is then validated and you will receive a confirmation email shortly (be careful to check your spam box). This email contains all the information for your activity and serves as an entrance ticket.
If it's a gift voucher purchased on a partner site:
(Les Raffineurs, ShowroomPrivé, Choose, Promoparks, etc.) Once the code has been validated, select the partner and then the activity that was offered to you. You can then choose a date from the calendar. The dates in blue are available. If only one seat is available, there is only one seat left. If you want to do the activity in a group, we invite you to select another date. You then have the choice to add additional options. Once the order has been validated, all you have to do is fill in your details, accept our general conditions of sale and validate your order (no payment will be required). Your request is then validated and you will receive a confirmation email shortly (be careful to check your spam box). This email contains all the information for your activity and serves as an entrance ticket. If some dates are not available or only one seat is selectable, it is because the slot is full or there is only one seat left. We invite you to choose an alternative date. All available dates are displayed online, we are not authorized to offer you additional dates and slots over the phone.
Don't worry We follow the classic reservation procedure and retrieve your contact information (name, first name, email, etc.) in order to be able to validate your reservation. No bank details will be required and the proposed payment method is as follows: “payment by gift voucher “x”” (the name of the partner from whom your gift voucher was purchased).
If your gift voucher comes from the Caves du Louvre, all vouchers purchased between March 2020 and March 2021 have been extended by one year (i.e. 24 months of total validity). Our activity has resumed since May 2021 and all gift vouchers purchased from April 2021 are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. If your gift voucher has expired more than a year ago, we will not be able to accept them and invite you to make a new reservation.If your gift voucher comes from a partner site (Les Raffineurs, Promoparcels, Smartbox Showroomprivé, etc.) we invite you to contact directly partner who will inform you of its general conditions of sale.

To book an activity with a gift voucher, please refer to the question “how do I book with a gift voucher”. Each gift voucher must be booked individually, so we invite you to check that several seats are available when choosing a slot. If only one seat is available, we invite you to choose an alternative date. Our reception team is not authorized to offer visit slots other than those available on the caves du louvre.com website The calendar on the cavesdulouvre.com website is available in real time. If a date or time is not available on the site, this slot is full.
If you have not paid attention or waited too long and the chosen time slot is full, you can write directly via the form in the contacts section of our website. We will get back to you as soon as possible. No requests will be processed by telephone. The Caves du Louvre team will make every effort to respond to the request as quickly as possible, reserving the right to assess the feasibility of the delay, and will not be bound by any obligation of result. In the case of acceptance of the deferral by Les Caves du Louvre, it gives the right to a new ticket which becomes non-modifiable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, regardless of the reason.

No requests will be processed by telephone. For time-stamped tickets, any cancellation, more than fourteen days before the date of the tasting, at the initiative of the customer, will be 100% refunded. Any cancellation, from thirteen days and up to four days before the date of the tasting, at the initiative of the customer, will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the price of the reserved seats. Any cancellation less than 72 hours before the tasting will not result in any refund. For gift vouchers All our gift vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
You loved the activity and are declared by your loved ones: a registered oenologist, but you did not order enough bottles? If you have kept your assembly sheet or if you have your assembly in mind, we invite you to write to us via our contact form or to contact@cavesdulouvre.com with your name, first name and composition of your assembly. You can also attach the contents of your assembly sheet. You will be contacted as soon as possible in order to agree on the details.
During your visit to the Caves du Louvre, you will have the opportunity to take a photo in our photo booth and personalize your label to stick on a bottle of white or red wine of your choice. You leave with a souvenir bottle!
For 1 hour, let yourself be guided through the Caves du Louvre by your sommelier guide... and discover wine through your 5 senses in our spaces, while tasting wine! We offer two formulas: a classic selection, with discovery wines. The premium selection consists of the same visit with wines from our most prestigious terroirs.
