GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the exclusion of all other Conditions, between La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec, a company domiciled at 52 rue de l'Arbre Sec — 75001 Paris, and any Customer purchasing one of its products or services, directly or through a partner company.
2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The fact that the Customer confirms his order implies full and complete acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, which the Customer acknowledges having read prior to ordering. These General Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time by La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec.
3. Booking and availability
The calendar on the website www.distilleriedelarbresec.com is available in real time. If a date or a time is not available on the site it is because this window is full. Call center agents are not authorized to offer visit slots other than those available on the website www.disileriedelarbresec.com
4. prix
Prices are per person unless otherwise specified. Prices are in euros at the current exchange rate. Quotes are subject to change without notice until a reservation has been confirmed.
5. Payment
The prices are indicated in euros all taxes included.The price of the products and services ordered is payable in full to La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec, as soon as the order is placed on the site, according to one of the following payment methods: — by Visa bank card (secure online payment) .— by Mastercard bank card (secure online payment) .— by Mastercard bank card (secure online payment) For online payments, on the Customer's credit card statement, it may be indicated as coming from the company La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec or the sister company Les Caves du Louvre, which uses the same reservation system.Also on site, according to the following payment methods are available:

La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec does not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments.
6. Booking confirmation
A reservation confirmation is sent by email automatically and includes a printable voucher. An electronic format of the voucher or gift voucher is sufficient and there is no need to print these documents. The Customer making the reservation will have accepted the General Conditions of Sale on behalf of the other Customers included in the said reservation. The contract will be governed by and subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. No modification of these General Conditions of Sale will have effect, unless it is made in writing and with the authorization of the La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec team.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your tasting or workshop. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late you will not be able to access the tasting. No refunds will be made.
7. Report/Cancellation/Refunds
Any request for delay or cancellation, at the initiative of the Customer, must be reported in writing to the address: contact@distilleriedelarbresec.com. No requests will be processed by telephone. Our gift vouchers are non-refundable — regardless of the reason.
The La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec team will make every effort to respond to the request as quickly as possible, reserving the right to assess the feasibility of the delay, and will not be bound by any obligation of result. In the case of acceptance of the delay by La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec, it gives the right to a new reservation which becomes non-modifiable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, regardless of the reason.
Case of products for individuals: Any cancellation, more than fourteen (14) days before the date of the tasting, at the initiative of the Customer, will be 100% refunded. Any cancellation, from thirteen (13) days and up to four (4) days before the date of the tasting, at the initiative of the Customer, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price. Any cancellation, 72 hours or less before the tasting, will not result in any refund. A one-time extension is possible free of charge to more than seven (7) days from the originally scheduled date. A new date will be given depending on the availability of La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec. La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec cannot guarantee that the requested date will be available. Once the ticket is changed, it becomes non-changeable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
For any delay of less than seven (7) days, La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec reserves the right to charge a deferral fee of 25 euros per person. For any deferral made on the day of the reservation, if it has been validated by our team, a payment link will be sent to you to pay the rescheduling fees.
This link is valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue. Failure to pay the rescheduling fees within the time limit will result in the permanent loss of this reservation. For any deferral made between six (6) days and twenty-four (24) hours before the reservation, if it has been validated by our team, a payment link will be sent to you to pay the rescheduling fees. This link is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issue. Failure to pay the rescheduling fees within the time limit will result in the permanent loss of this reservation.
In the event of cancellation of a guided tour or a workshop due to the Caves du Louvre for any reason whatsoever, the Customer will be entitled to the replacement by an equivalent service of the service not provided by Les Caves du Louvre or, failing that, to its full reimbursement excluding all damages and interests.
Case of private events, groups and privatizations: Availability is given in real time. Date options do not guarantee that date will be booked.
An event date will only be validated after the payment of a deposit of 50% of the total sum of the estimate and the receipt of the dated and signed estimate with the mention “good for agreement”. • Cancellation by the Customer after more than thirty (30) working days results in the reimbursement of the deposit without conditions.
• Cancellation by the Customer within thirty (30) working days, but more than seven (7) working days results in the total loss of payment of the deposit paid.
• Cancellation by the Customer less than seven (7) working days from the date of the event results in the total loss of the deposit paid and the payment of the balance of the event will be due within three (3) working days.
The balance will be due no later than 7 working days before the event. Postponements suffer from the same conditions as cancellations. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling imposed by government restrictions or prohibitions, the event may be postponed later at no additional cost.
8. Gift vouchers
These are intended for adults (18 years old at the time of the tasting). La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec gift vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
The gift voucher cannot be exchanged, resold or refunded, even partially, or credited to a card or bank account, nor discounted and cannot give rise to any change regardless of the reason. It is not replaced or refunded in case of loss.
Any registration for a tasting or a workshop with a gift voucher purchased on the La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec website or that of a retailer must be booked in advance on the La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec website in the “gift voucher” section. This reservation must be made during the validity period of the vouchers, at least 24 hours before the desired date, within the limits of available seats. Once a date has been booked with a gift voucher, it becomes non-changeable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable regardless of the reason.
9. Responsibility of the Caves du Louvre
Reservation members acknowledge that La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec and its agents/suppliers in connection with reservations will not be responsible for injuries, damages, losses, accidents, accidents, delays or irregularities. In addition, La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec, its agents and suppliers are not responsible for any illness, theft, labor disputes, breakdowns, government restrictions, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, weather conditions, or for any misadventure or accident, beyond their control.
