PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
L'Etoile is a gin created in collaboration with the talented pastry chef François Daubinet. Designed as a winter recipe, it was distilled with vanilla beans used in baking, thus giving them a second life. The other ingredients in this creation include apples, but also French spices such as ginger and cinnamon, not to mention the Auvergne juniper berry.

AROMA PROFILE
The star reveals a gourmet and spicy aromatic palette, marked by generous notes of cooked apple, cinnamon, and vanilla. It can be fully enjoyed alone, while leaving room for infinite creativity for the development of unique cocktails.
NOSE
Jammy and spicy. The nose opens with aromas of cooked apple, enriched by notes of cinnamon and coriander seeds.
MOUTH
Round and vanilla. The tasting reveals intense and spicy notes, where ginger and citrus fruits add an invigorating touch.
FINAL
Long and powerful. The finish leaves sweet vegetable notes of lemon balm in the mouth, perfectly balancing the aromatic profile of this gin.
BEHIND THE LABEL
This second limited edition of gin in turn adopts tarot as a central element of the distillery's creative thinking.
It is the L'Étoile card that illustrates this new label, interpreted by the artist Maëva Tur. Created with colored pencil and gouache, the illustration in poetic and surrealistic tones plunges us into the universe of this designer.
Passionate about gastronomy, Maëva Tur likes to put her art at the service of gourmet projects.
