Guided by a professional distiller for 2.5 to 3 hours, you will learn the secrets of distillation, the choice of botanicals, the different possible styles of gin, and of course, you will enjoy excellent gins and homemade cocktails. Above all, you will have the opportunity to select your own plants and herbs that will make up your unique recipe, then distill it yourself on a mini copper still. You will finalize your creation by customizing your own label, and you will leave with your 70cl bottle of gin.

Everyone has already heard of gin. Some have even ventured to try it! But few people know its universe and its history. Its manufacture is also imbued with mystery. During our workshops, you will have the opportunity not only to taste different gins, but also to learn how this unique drink was created, the rules of production and the different types of gin.

• The participants are welcomed by one of the distillers and founders of the Arbre Sec Distillery for a site visit.

• The experiment continues with an explanation of the distillation principles and the various possible gin profiles and styles.

• Participants can then choose the botanicals that will make up their unique recipes, guided by our experts.

• Participants will be given a mini copper still to distill their gin, during which it is possible to enjoy a delicious cocktail.

• The 70cl bottles will be finalized with personalized labels, and participants will leave with their own bottle of gin.
