Everyone has already heard of gin before. Some brave souls have even tasted it! But very few people actually know its history or how it is actually made. During this workshop, we will explain all of these gin mysteries! Not only you will be able to taste different gins, but also learn on how this historic and special drink was born, and what are the rules to produce it.

As you will soon find out during this workshop, gin recipes are numerous and varied. Which is why we offer you the chance to create your very own recipe, with botanicals you will select yourself, with our help of course.

• Participants are welcome by one of the founders and distillers of the Distillerie de l’Arbre Sec for a visit
  ‍
• Then we will give a thorough explanation of the principles of distillation and the different styles and profiles of gin
  ‍
• Participants will then choose their own selection of botanicals, guided by our experts
  ‍
• Each person will get a distilling station with a tiny copper still to distill their own gin.
  While the distillation happens, it will be possible to taste a delicious homemade cocktail
  ‍
• The 70cl bottles of gin will be customized with a unique label and voilà ! Participants will leave with their own custom-made bottle of gin.
